Check Your Order Status
Wondering where your video is? It's easy to check on its creation progress. Please follow the simple steps below. Remember, our standard delivery time is 1-3 business days!
1. Find Your Order Confirmation Email
After you placed your order, we sent a confirmation email to the address you provided. This email contains your unique order number (e.g., #1234).
2. Go to the Login/Lookup Page
Click the button below to go to our secure order lookup page. If you created an account with us, you can simply log in to see your full order history.
3. Look Up Your Order & See its Status
If you don't have an account, just enter your **email address** and **order number** from your confirmation email into the form. You'll then be taken to your private order status page.
What the statuses mean:
- Unfulfilled: We've received your order and our creator crew is preparing for filming!
- Fulfilled: Success! Your video has been created and sent to your email.
